65th Annual San Francisco Basque Picnic

Gates Open.  Picnic is open to the general public.

 

9:45am

Procession followed by a Basque Mass, accompanied by the Elgarrekin Basque Choir, Klika and dance groups. 

 
11:00am Kid games and amusement
12:00pm

Barbecued Rack of Lamb lunch with beans, piperade (fried peppers with tomato sauce), salad, cheese, wine, bread. Food service ends at 1:30pm.

 

 

 Walk-up day of ticket prices:

$45 – Adult lunch
$25 children 12 and under

Lunch Tickets will be available on the day of the picnic.

Directions to the Penngrove Park from San Francisco:

Penngrove Park is approximately 42 miles north of San Francisco.

  • Take Highway 101 North to Penngrove.

  • Take the Old Redwood Highway exit - Exit 476

  • Right on Main Street.

  • Look for the entrance on the right.
